4. Confidential Information

B Archetype is not a law firm and does not provide legal opinions, trademark prosecution, intellectual-property registration, or legal representation. When legal services are required, clients must retain appropriately qualified counsel.

References to certification marks, collective marks, trademarks, Geographical Indications, or other protection mechanisms are general and do not guarantee that a product, association, jurisdiction, or applicant will qualify for recognition or protection.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Government relations, diplomatic advocacy, trade, investment, procurement, development-finance, and origin-recognition matters are affected by political, legal, institutional, commercial, and market conditions outside B Archetype’s control.

B Archetype does not guarantee:

  • Legislative or regulatory action

  • Government meetings, support, or approvals

  • Funding, financing, investment, or procurement awards

  • Market entry or commercial success

  • Intellectual-property or origin recognition

  • Introductions to any specific official, institution, investor, or partner

If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.
