Founded by international relations and diplomatic advocacy professional Christina Jolley, B Archetype is a Washington, DC-based lobbying, government relations, and diplomatic advocacy firm specializing in African affairs. Since 2016, the firm has operated at the intersection of U.S. public policy, international relations, and African private-sector development.

B Archetype brings expertise across both the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government. We develop bipartisan strategies for engaging members of Congress, congressional committees, caucuses, and professional staff, while positioning client priorities before relevant federal departments, agencies, and administration officials.

African affairs require relationships and policy strategies that extend beyond any single political party or presidential administration. Our approach is therefore grounded in durable institutional engagement, continuity across election cycles, and the advancement of mutual U.S.-Africa interests.

Since 2016, B Archetype has represented private-sector initiatives operating across Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Senegal in financial technology and remittances, healthcare and health technology, agriculture and agro-processing, cybersecurity and biometric systems, and digital connectivity and infrastructure.

The firm’s experience includes bipartisan congressional advocacy, executive-branch engagement, stakeholder and coalition development, market intelligence, pre-feasibility assessment, and strategic positioning related to U.S.-Africa trade policy, AGOA, digital transformation, economic development, and investment priorities.

Through Founder Christina Jolley’s parallel leadership of the U.S. African Trade Alliance, this experience is complemented by procurement-readiness programming developed in collaboration with World Bank Group representatives to prepare U.S. enterprises for opportunities under World Bank-financed projects in Africa.
