Christina Jolley is the Founder, CEO, and Principal of B Archetype, a boutique Washington, DC lobbying, government relations, and diplomatic advocacy firm specializing in African affairs. Since 2016, she has developed bipartisan strategies that connect African government and private-sector priorities with the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government.

Christina advises clients on congressional engagement, executive-branch strategy, diplomatic advocacy, stakeholder mapping, coalition development, trade and investment positioning, and strategic communications. She currently directs government relations strategies for private-sector entities operating in Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Senegal across fintech, healthcare and health technology, agriculture, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.

B Archetype’s boutique structure combines direct principal-level leadership with the capacity of a multidisciplinary advisory platform. Christina is supported by a trusted network of senior advisers, policy specialists, regional consultants, researchers, sector experts, and professional partners across the United States and Africa. Her leadership across these organizations provides an integrated perspective spanning government relations, U.S.-Africa trade, international procurement, development finance, private-sector readiness, and project implementation.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Business Administration from Walden University, and a Master of Arts in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London. She is also a Graduate Diamonds credential holder from the Gemological Institute of America and holds a certification in Rough Diamond Valuing from the Harry Oppenheimer Diamond Training School in South Africa.

Her work is grounded in ethical representation, cultural fluency, disciplined advocacy, and the belief that successful U.S.-Africa partnerships must deliver measurable and mutually beneficial outcomes.
